Updates
GROW AMERICA – Without a doubt, FCCI/C@W’s greatest opportunity – and our greatest need – is to grow our base of members committed to the Vision of “Transforming the world through Christ, one company leader at a time.” Accelerated growth right now accomplishes at least two things:
It allows us to engage more Christian Business Leaders in leveraging what many are calling the greatest opportunity for the spread of the gospel in our lifetime. While we don’t talk specifically about evangelism as often as other ministries, the underlying truth of our Vision and Mission is that transformed lives come only by a personal encounter with Jesus Christ. Our holistic approach presupposes that when you and I are walking closely with Christ, exemplifying servant leadership, doing our business with excellence, and intentionally creating a culture in our companies that reflects Christ and impacts our sphere of influence, those around us and our companies will be drawn to the Person who motivates and enables us to do all of that – they will be drawn to Jesus It creates a membership base that allows us to fund our operating budget entirely from dues and group fees, thereby providing increased financial stability for the long term, while allowing us to use additional donations for development and special projects. The GOAL for GROW AMERICA – which was developed by our Area Leaders across the USA - is the initiation of 3 new Business Leadership Groups in each of the fifty states – 150 New Groups – by Thansgiving 2010. Of course, we need your help to identify leaders and members of those new groups, so share with us key men and women anywhere in the country who need to be exposed to the FCCI/Christ@Work Vision.
