FEE: $25.00 Gus Lee is the Chair of Character Development at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, the Chief Learning & Education Officer for Integware and a consultant to Fortune 500s, government and law enforcement agencies and business schools. He is a nationally-recognized ethicist, leadership expert, executive character coach, character advocate and best-selling author of six books, and a contributor to Time magazine and Encyclopedia Britannica. His most recent book, Courage: The Backbone of Leadership is endorsed by GEN (Ret) Schwarzkopf, Warren Bennis, CEO’S & College Presidents.
He has been a chief operating officer, executive vice president, government senior executive, acting deputy attorney general, senior deputy district attorney, Senate ethics investigator, FBI trainer, assistant dean, paratrooper and drill sergeant. He served in the Infantry and JAG in Asia and jumped with the Korean Airborne. A member of a single-parent low-income immigrant family, he was mentored by H. Norman Schwarzkopf at West Point, and by Holocaust survivor and Nuremberg prosecutor Edgar Bodenheimer at the University of California’s King Hall School of Law. He volunteers in community, church and non-profits. Gus and his wife Diane have raised three children of high character.
