In the United States, Business Leader Groups operate as either FCCI, or under our second U.S. brand,  Christ@Work. The Christ@Work brand positions these Business Leader Groups within the broader workplace ministry movement by highlighting our calling to equip and encourage Business Owners, CEOs and other Business Leaders - whether in executive positions or developing as Next Generation Leaders.

8 Week Introductory Module

To allow Business Leaders the opportunity to experience the environment of a Business Leadership Group, as well as get a taste of the incredible resource available to them through FCCI's "Pathway to Purpose", an 8 Week Introductory Module has been developed.  Each group member receives a workbook and the DVDs which support each of the 8 lesssons.  It's a great way to let God confirm that a Business Leader Group is for you.  Click on the link below to print the registration form (icon is in the upper right hand corner of the registration form). Small Group Leadership Equipping Resource

Even if you have never led a small group before, FCCI or Christ@Work has a tool that will enable you to start and lead your new Business Leadership Group with confidence.  Email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. 2 Levels of Group Involvement

Business Leadership Group (BLG) – in groups of six to twelve, members meet to share counsel and support with trusted and like-minded peers, to pray together, prepare, participate and praise God in community. Our goal is simply to help each other be Christ at work; in our homes, our careers, our community and our world.

Council of Business Advisors(CBA) – this peer mentoring program helps members lead their businesses for Christ by giving them practical, hands-on advice on how to shape their organization, and set it up for long-term success.
