In the United States, Business Leader Groups operate as either FCCI, or under our second U.S. brand, Christ@Work. The Christ@Work brand positions these Business Leader Groups within the broader workplace ministry movement by highlighting our calling to equip and encourage Business Owners, CEOs and other Business Leaders - whether in executive positions or developing as Next Generation Leaders. 2 Levels of Group Involvement
Business Leadership Group (BLG) – in groups of six to twelve, members meet to share counsel and support with trusted and like-minded peers, to pray together, prepare, participate and praise God in community. Our goal is simply to help each other be Christ at work; in our homes, our careers, our community and our world.
Council of Business Advisors(CBA) – this peer mentoring program helps members lead their businesses for Christ by giving them practical, hands-on advice on how to shape their organization, and set it up for long-term success.
